Scott CR1
I'm looking at buying one of these in 60cm at just under £1k. Are they worth the money or should I give them a miss? Any horror stories or alternatively any good ones?

The Cr1 Bike range is ideal for our pot hole infested roads. The shock dampening system covers the rear triangle of the frame and makes the roads more forgiving!
Both the guys I regularly ride with have them and they seem very happy/content.
What's the spec for just under £1k now?
The 2010 CR1 range comes in at £1499. Very nice colour scheme to.
For £1100 you could get a Scott Speedster s20 which came out well recently in Cycling Active magazine
