As I predicted in another post, they would break their ONE major rule this year.
Its the unofficial Basque national team and is partly funded by the Basque Government. Its riders are either from Basque Country, or at least have grown up in the cycling culture of those regions
News coming from the cycling grapevine is that they have signed Two Germans (Andre Schulze and Steffen Radochla), Two Slovenian's (Robert Vrecer and Jure Kocjan) along with A Russian (Alexander Sarebryakov) and A Polish rider (Marek Rutkiewicz)
