They are not the same person! She has the same name but Kristin Armstrong the cyclist and Lance Armstrong are not related

The asterisk's and dots were a code used by Dr Ferrari to indicate that the athlete should take EPO or other drugs in the training plans. It is all in USADA's evidence. It is not a bad read.
