More news in general is what we're about… everything from commuting to competing was our mantra years before the TV prog that borrowed it was a twinkle in a commissioning editor's eye. Given though that the resources at road.cc are not limitless that does mean we have to make choices as to what we can cover.

In terms of what gets the most traffic commuting stories tend to outscore race ones faily heavily.

That said, surprised we didn't pick up on the Armistead one - thanks for the link GKam

Agree with all the above. The only way to get the sponsors is to raise the profile. It won't happen the other way round.
