Re-covering a saddle

Anyone ever done this? After much searching I've got a saddle that I get on with now (a Pro Turnix) though its a bit tatty so I've ordered some leather of ebay and will try recovering it.
Anyone got any tips or advice - in particular which glue?
I'm using this site for advice but can't locate the adhesive advised:
