Lance Armstrong loses case to block case
So another chapter to the unfolding drama around Mr Armstrong comes to an end.
He has failed in his challenge to block the United States Anti-Doping Agency's case against him, claiming that they were "acting beyond its remit and accused it of offering 'corrupt inducements' to other riders to testify against him."
Now he has a choice to make, accept the USADA's charge, contest them or appeal to a higher court.
