Jens to Sky?

Gotta love Jens, I'll just be happy to see him racing. Would assume though, that Sky would want him for pacing team leaders etc, rather than his aggressive breakaway attempts, which are where he shines (even if most are ultimately futile), so maybe not great for bike racing as a spectacle.

Future DS? Certainly inspires fans

Yes, I imagine that they'd plan to have him transition from rider to DS.

Jens is loved not just for his ability to get in a break and stay away all day long, but also his selfless work ethic and loyalty to his team. He's much like George Hincapie in that he has that perfect blend of athleticism, wisdom, and positive attitude that you need to anchor a team with GC hopes in the Grand Tours.

But Jens also becomes a great "plan B" if you find your GC guy out of the running--you can send him out stage hunting!

That would be an interesting addition to Sky.

Rumour mill says Nibali/Kreuziger switch so think he's off to Astana.
