Can't comment on the others but I wouldn't wear the Rapha Softshell without at least a base layer underneath (but it is as good as they say!)

Etxe Ondo good some very good stuff - I've been using one of their jackets for the last 3 years (probably 8months of the year) and it still looks great and has survived a couple of falls.

whats the fit for spanish items? medium is small?
I'm a 40" chest and the L is spot on.
Gore make excellent soft shells but you'll need some sort of base layer to go underneath.
