I'm in. Liking how geographically diverse we all are.

So who's who then? Road.cc username --> name on Strava

I'm also in, Simon Bullock on strava, but just a word of warning to those getting used to Strava.

Go in to Privacy settings and set up your home, work addresses as private, it has a nifty way of blanking out your home and work locations.

I have heard of a few people who have had bikes nicked from information gained from Strava.

Just watching Taylor Phinney on Strava, the guy is so funny.

Imagine you have set a KOM and youre loving it. 40km/h on a certain stretch, you get home great stuff.

Then, you get an email *Ping, your time has been beat blah blah* and you look at its Taylor Phinney with a speed of 65km/h+ haha class, just pure class

@Simon, thanks for that, I checked mine and it was ok, but thanks Smile

I don't even use the crappy Strava app... just upload my Garmin data after I get home.

I use Strava and Garmin Connect.

And sometimes Suffolk Sport!

Just joined the Strava club, & just joined the forum.
Cool
Oh yeah, Sean Redhead on strava.

Ride your bike, if you know what's good for you.

Ooh, lovely! I'm in too (Iain R on Strava).

Only started using Strava recently, don't know anyone else on there, so a virtual club is a great idea. I'm all over the place at the moment, so it's hard to commit to a "real world" club...

Having said that - back in Gloucester for the next couple of months, so if anyone wants a slightly out-of-shape riding partner Big Grin

I'm in. What a great motivator - I'm actually going to get up earlier just to get a clearer run and get some KOMs. I'm sure the faster people are riding with less tourists about.

Yeh Joined in, will no doubt highlight how poor I am. Thankfully not many Scots in so shouldn't be beaten too badly too often by other "club" members lol
