Missing my carry-over transfer?

Last night I used one of my two daily transfers (luckily to transfer in Morkov), so I would have expected the second transfer to carry over into today's transfers (giving me three). However I only have two transfers available.

My understanding is that up to two transfers from the previous day can carry over - which is what I was banking on. Is this something I just need to wait a bit for, or has there been a mix-up in my free transfers count?
