bottom bracket
I am looking for a new bottom bracket for my specialized allez elite. Its 68mm, i am looking to spend around 50 pounds on it. does anyone have any suggestions??

Well I don't know why your looking to spend £50 then.
I have just changed out all my BB's, One bike is running Ultegra, One has mostly 105 and the other is Sora/Tiagra mix and i put this on them all no problem

Then work out whats compatible with your crank. I'd guess its Hollowtech II?
