To me, that looked intentional to hit them and the chase it on to find the driver.....I'll let you guys fill in the blanks and make it into a news story

Looking good there, it could have been alot worse for the riders, lucky to get up and walk away, When i posted it last night, there were 300 views, just had a look now, over 14,000
Ouch. Jeez that looks bad. Car is right inside the cycle lane as well.
EDIT: Youtube comments show that the number plates were already ID'ed from this and Police are following it up.
