Bike upgrades complete, cheers for advice (Pictures)

Hi guys I asked for some advice regarding upgrading my bike recently.

Here is the finished product, I ended up choosing:

SRAM RED Crankset - 52/38
SRAM 1070 Rear cassette - 11-26
SRAM 1090 Chain (actually ordered 1070 but recieved 1090)

Mavic Cosmic Rims
Rubino Pro 23 Tyres
Continental 28 race inner tubes 60mm

well in my opinion i would move your stem back up and your saddle backwards. if you have a plumb bob it would be interesting to see where your knee sits over the pedal axle when the cranks are horizontal.

if i was a guessing man i would guess you adjusted your saddle after you moved your bars? to make it a bit more comfortable?

i could be totally wrong though 1 just offering some advice 1

no pain in hands and no unintentional shuffling, just intentional shuffling. That's why I'm worried about cutting the steerer, just incase I want to change it!

that is a massive drop, do you get pains in your hands or do you keep shuffling back on your seat by any chance?

Are you going to cut that steerer tube down? It's offending me.
