Tour de France pros and cons
Pro: Live text of the race is a good distraction at work.
Con: Sudden urge to race other cyclists, buses and cars on the commute.
Pro: Lots of people talking about bikes.
Con: "Why aren't you in the Tour De France?".
Pro: Suddenly I can always stay in the big ring, I mean how hard can it be? Even the BBox Telecom guys can do it and most of them can't even ride around a corner
Con: Keep that razor away from me!!!
Pro: People dont think you are quite as daft as normal for riding around in lycra
Con: Apparantly it is just Lance Armstrong in the race (cant begrudge his return, he is doing very well all told but there are other riders in it too)
