Kirby Muxloe Village Hall will host the jumble from midday until 3 on St Patrick’s Day, Saturday 17
March, when enthusiasts from around the country will be buying and selling cycling bits and pieces.
Leicester Forest Cycling Club member Eric Ludlow, who is organising the event, said:
‘When we first set the date for the jumble, we hadn’t realised it was St Patrick’s Day. But when one
of our members pointed it out, we thought we’d celebrate it by offering free admission to anyone
bringing a shamrock! It’s a bit of fun, and having fun is what our club is all about.’
Anyone unable to locate a shamrock shouldn’t feel too hard done by – admission is only
£0.50 and parking is free. For more information, contact Eric on 0116 238 8395, email
