SRAM/Shimano compatibility /
Does anyone know if SRAM shifters/brake levers are compatible with Shimano rear/front mechs.
reason i ask is that my shimano levers need replacing and i fancied trying the SRAM double tap business..its a 9 speed ultegra cassette/double chainring set up.

Not sure if they will work because if Sram road shifters are the same as their mountain bike shifters they pull a different amount of cable to Shimano.
