What do these stars mean next to riders ??

Ow do folks can anyone help me.
Noticed that next to certain riders there are now different colour stars. If I remember rightly there is a "D", "F" and "R" (I think)

WHAT DO THESE MEAN ?? Tried looking about the site and can't find anything

Can anyone help this newby please ?

D: dream team - was in the dream team for the last stage, ie the best nine riders

F: in form - has an form average of 8 points or above

P: popular - picked by 15% or more of teams

Are the popularity stars updated in real time or are they updated after the close for each stage? Ta

currently they're updated after every stage
