Just wondered, with this being the period where people receive gifts that they might not otherwise buy for themselves, whether anyone had discovered any new food/drink (or indeed any other vaguely-cycling-related things) that they would recommend?
For my own recommendation, we appear to have acquired(*) a 1.8kg slab of Waitrose Rich Fruit Cake, with sultanas, currants, glace cherries and brandy. Plenty of energy in there!
Cost-wise, the equivalent of around 10 CNP bars, although I must admit I'm not sure it will last as long as 10 CNP bars would.
