Still another hour and a half till they set off, so to save me forgetting after i've been out for a spin, here's your daily post

http://skysports.html.infostradasports.com/cache/lib/Tour/2/TheASP.asp@P...

Tough day and can see it being only a handful of the GC guys getting up the final climb, so made a couple of changes, I just hope Dan Martin aint feeling it today as i took him out for L L Sanchez 4

Swapped Bruseghin for Taaramae last night just on impulse and it looks like it might pay off with him still in the leading group - fingers crossed 1

Got Sanchez in the break, so fairly happy. Sky Tracker is showing Igor Anton and Zubeldia are off the back and in the gruppeto!

Moreno away on his own 4

Yup 4 Got him too. Original break has largely been swept up now. I honestly couldn't think of any changes to make (that I could make) last night so I've left it. I'm regretting that now ofc, as I was thinking of putting Taaramae in 7

Nibali just lost a sh*t load of time, my LL Sanchez in for Dan Martin didn't pay off 2 but my other one gained me a few points to make up

Now, that was a good day. In general, maybe not so much for my fantasy cycling points, though

Christ, Nibali and Rodriguez lost about 1:20 by the look of things. Being a GC contender isn't about being the strongest climber, it's about being the most consistent...

110 for me today i think, not so bad, but if i had gone with what i thought, i would have only had 118, so not bad 4

96 I think, and that's without Taaramae. Taaramae instead of Sorensen would have had me rolling in points.

swapped Froome for Moreno???http://road.cc/sites/all/modules/smileys/packs/Yahoo!/crying.gif
I thought having 2 Sky riders was a bit too risky.
Also Fuglsang for Martin? Might swap that back or build for 16.

Otherwise had 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th, 13th and 16th, so shouldn't be too bad, could have been great though.

Reckon tomorrow's climb will be different though. Sticking with Wiggins but don't rule out Cobo, Mollema and Purito could still come back. Wiggins and Froome expended a lot of energy today and the terrain suited them. The road was better than anything around Cambridge. Shit! It was better than an English motorway! Not sure the Angliru will be quite so smooth and the gradient is much tougher. It's a three-part test and maybe Purito and Nibali understand that better than Wiggins but I hope he doesn't crack.
