the bookies have got J Rod up to win it. Funny because he didn't do too well the other day. I have put Nibali in myself.

I wouldn't rely on paddy power to be honest, but in my view, If J-Rod is on form, he'll have it easy tomorrow

Wiggo is in a catch 22, does he work for himself and try get some time, i think he's in a perfect position is it was the last week, but i think he'll help out Froome for the moment as it suits him fine not being in Red as its like having a big bullseye on your back

So with Sky playing cat and mouse i think they might get caught out Fuggly will drop time tomorrow as its a hard finish, so i can see Nibali moving up a place in the GC, but i wouldn't think any of my team are going to win

If i had money, i would put it firmly on LL Sanchez tomorrow depending on how he feels, But i do have 2 Rabo in, so that could give me an extra 10 points 4

Gkam,

I don't "rely" on the bookies to choose my riders. It's just a pointer amongst many other pieces of information. I have however found it extremely useful. Ever since I started using it, my scores have improved hugely.....

27km in and the pack are still together after the first hill. Silly question, but how long are the 'neutralised zones' typically? Today's must have been nearly non-existent with the first climb starting right off.

52km gone and there are 16 riders in front at 3m10secs.

Of these there are only 2, L L Sanchez and Moncoutie who are 10+ mins down on GC, the rest are 40+ mins down

And your break for today is:

158 L. Sánchez (ESP, RAB) +10:17
44 Moncoutié (FRA, COF) +10:28
55 Oroz (ESP, EUS) +26:46
137 E. Petrov (RUS, AST) +44:10
82 Horrach (ESP, KAT) +46:30
21 Bernabéu (ESP, ACG) +59:58
113 Intxausti (ESP, MOV) +1:09:11
125 V. Reynés (ESP, OLO) +1:13:25
95 Ai. Pérez (ESP, LAM) +1:20:50
105 O'Grady (AUS, LEO) +1:21:00
18 Montaguti (ITA, ALM) +1:23:17
208 Paulinho (POR, RSH) +1:29:10
71 M. Albasini (SUI, THR) +1:41:59
34 Quinziato (ITA, BMC) +1:42:10
25 Palomares (ESP, ACG) +1:44:39
165 J. Jørgensen (DEN, SBS) +1:51:57

I have Quinziato and Moncoutie in the break. A break this big will fracture over time though, and some of these guys (Quinziato, for example) aren't exactly climbers. Currently they have 3:10 on the peloton as they reach the foot of the Cat 2 climb.

74km gone and the break is still 16 riders at 5m 10 secs with another 3 riders 38secs in front of the peleton.

This group is
64 Duarte (COL, GEO) +7:04.
56 Txurruka (ESP, EUS) +32:12
31 M. Frank (SUI, BMC) +1:11:16

76km gone and the group is now 19 riders with the other 3 having caught the original 16.

Theoretically it leaves Duarte only 1 min 54secs down on the GC

95km down and only 72 to go. Still a group of 19 in front but their lead has been trimmed from 5m 37secs to 5m 15sec....c'mon Sky 2

Oh dear the lead is upto 6mins 7 secs. The only good thing is that with Duarte in the group the other GC teams are going to have to start to pull their weight or they will lose out as well. The big climb starts in about 16kms but we have a 3rd category to get over first.

The torture begins on ITV4 3

Break have come to the 3rd climb, their lead is falling slightly as they climb. Sky's entire team out on the front of the peloton, towing them along.

Got a few points for Moncoutie on the climbs and he should jump up the KoM tonight too. The final climb actually starts now, 30km out, if you look at the profile, so no surprise that Sky are starting to reel in the break. Attacks coming out of the break now, Palomares and Jorgensen.

Sooooo glad I left Moncoutie in 4 He's 45 seconds clear of his chasers and going for the win. A few attacks coming out of the peloton now, Rodriguez testing Sky's legs.

Looking like a great day for me 1 The sky tracker has broken a bit, Moncoutie takes the win, Wiggo possibly in red, ITV has just gone to a break.

I put Froomey in, but I'm not sure how much he cracked in the end, he was flogging himself for Wiggo for most of the climb. J-Rod only put 7 seconds into Wiggo etc in the end.

Cracking ride by Froome reminiscent of Voeckler in yellow riding at the front.

The game is still being updated so dont know about points but got 6 of top seven in GC at the end of the stage so should do quite canny. Decision now is do i change any 39 39 39

5 in the top 10 of GC, stage winner and a few minor placings, plus a few mountains points for Moncoutie. I had an add up and got 81 points, I may be wrong....

64 poor day 2 too many break away riders were left up the rode to pick up big points - hopefully it affects everyone.
