Ok, so this was only a stunt but I think the mayor of Vilnius is onto something. I wonder if Boris Johnson would do something similar?

Poor motorist. What a shame his beloved Mercedes has been crushed. My heart bleeds.

Would Boris do the same thing? Of course not. He wants to up the speed limit on Blackfriars Bridge to 30mph. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
