Vino in management
A question i forgot to ask last week after seeing Vino's interview
Can he go into management? I thought the UCI has put a new rule in place where someone that had served a ban for doping could not go into management in a team

He certainly can't perform a role as team manager or DS; he would apparently be able to undertake a less official role as coach or talent-spotter/developer, however.
