Pins and needles in feet
Went on my usual loop from home yesterday (normal-ish Surrey ride) and after the descent down to Dorking from Ranmore, one of my feet had pins and needles. I use eggbeaters and MTB shoes as that's my usual discipline but they've been fine before. Any idea what may have caused it on this occasion?

Someone on STW suggested I might have overtightened one shoe. Last ride I intentionally kept it a little looser and no probs.
