Best lightweight waterproof?

First winter with my road bike and I want to know what people wear to keep the rain off? I get really hot so all I want in a lightweight top that is nice and bright for the commutes to/from work in the dark.

I've been using a dhb droxford jacket recently (http://road.cc/content/review/12707-dhb-droxford-jacket) that's good, 35% off at the mo as they're replacing it with a new one but there's only large ones left in hi-viz:
