Etape LIcence - Help please!

HI,

On the entry form for the etape, there is a whole section that I cannot answer. Can anyone please advise?

The section is:

Licence 2011 FFC ou UFOLEP ?
Best ranking obtained on the EDT ?
Year of this best performance ?
Second best ranking obtained ?
Year of this second performance ?
Best ranking on an other race ?
Name of this other event ? Year ?

I'm guessing results from UK sportives would count? but what is EDT? And what is the Licence bit? Is that the medial certificate and can I get my doctor to certify me?

Thanks in advance for any help!

yeah you don't need any of that stuff filled in. important things are the payment (natch!) and the medical cert

as i understand it thats correct, all the other stuff is applicable only if you live in france, you just need your doctors certificate, if like me he also sent me for a heart ECG
take a look at my etape du tour blog, see link below:

i,m doing a accomodation package with transfers. you just need the etape entry and the flight or a way of getting to clermont ferrand.

Etape official rules wrote:

The race is open to licensed and non licensed cyclists and amateur racing cyclists aged at least 18 during the year (born before 01/01/1993). "Competition" licence holders must send in with their application a photocopy of their licence for 2010. Other competitors (FFCT licence holders and non licence holders) must supply the original or a photocopy of a medical certificate stipulating that they are "fit to take part in cycling races" no more than 3 months old on the date of application.
