@Sniffer - thanks. I didn't realise he was one of 'those' politicians - I'd expect better from his scientific background, but then Tory and Labour seem to have anti-cycling as an agenda.
@Davel - excuse my ignorance, but what has Robert Winston to do with this?
Google his comments made in the Lords on this subject. In summary he blames cyclists for congestion.
Someone should tweet Robert Winston, so he can continue to ignore it.
