Agree SJS are very good. If you can track down the part number, there are some German mail order places that are brilliant for obscure parts.
Download the parts diagram from the manufacturers website. Identify the part number. Google the part number.
If it's Shimano, try leaving out the 'Y' if it doesn't come up first off.
Also try Ebay searching 'Worldwide'. Someone will have them.
SJS Cycles are a wonderful source of bits and bobs like this.

Not sure what brand it is but after scouring the internet for a replacement for my Campag brakes, I called Condor in London and they had loads. Definitely worth giving them a call/dropping in to see if they can help.
