Off the peg road bikes with decent wheels?

Quick question: does anyone know if any of the main brands selling carbon road bikes supply better than average wheelsets with thier off the peg offerings?

Was in Evans with my girlfriend's twin sister and noticed the wheels on Fuji bikes looked very U-shaped. Most aero wheels I've seen on non mega expensive bikes.

Aero is way more important than weight  3

Canyon, Rose (you have a choice), Trek as mentioned, Cannondale own brand are OK, Boardman have Zipps on their top end ones, Focus the same. Canyon are definately the best wheels on all bikes though, no £100 > 2kg training wheels to be seen anywhere.

My Trek Domane came stock with Vision Metron 40 wheels (£1300 rrp wheels)
The 2018 bike are coming with Bontrager Aeolus Pro wheels (£1200 rrp)
