Just flatly refuse to accept them, the shop can 'look' at them all they want, they are clearly 'seconds'/soiled/ex demo and you should be after a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, quote this as it is your friend/legal back up.

That the shop even sold you these as new to mind is deceitful, high end stuff like this as a retailer you'll be checking over and it's not as if it's simply a small mark.

Do not take any pony, you do not want a 'repair' or a discount, i wouldn't touch them with a bargepole, you have no idea what has happened to them.

As others have said, take them back for a refund. Remember you have purchase protection through your credit card provider, assuming you purchased them on your credit card, should the retailer be awkward.

Interesting that some of the scuffs appear to go under the stickers (eg first pic, under the Z) - suggests to me something happened during manufacturing. I think it's probably a cosmetic issue, but I imagine the shop will want to send them back to distributer.

Cosmetic at worst, they do look a little scuffed up. Should have been sold as shop soiled with a bit of a discount.

A bit of polish should sort them out, but as they have rim brakes this may not be a particularly sensible option.

You shouldn't be paying more than £600 for decent wheels whether aero, lightweight or super hubs. Research the the internet. There are loads of makes that don't cost anything like zipper and do exactly the same thing, spin around

The hell is that crap. Full refund and buy them online at a reasonable price and delivered without them looking like a dog was at them. Should be paying around £1200 for 303s using online codes and discounts. Check Tredz and Probikekit. Tredz had a nice 15% Mayday code recently, look for something like that. 1500 is nuts.
