Which wheels for the Fred Whitton?

Not specifically for the Fred, but almost all my road riding is done in the Lakes over the same roads and the FW is about the only competitive event I do.
Budget about £300, to go on a Spesh Roubaix
Was thinking of some Hope Hoops (open pro rims) - I'm an MTBer at heart!
Mavic Kysirium?
Shim Ultegra hubs, hand built onto Open pro rims?

New or secondhand? (I know this is a bit subjective)

Your thoughts/views appreciated.

£249 at CRC, although I don't think they have any right now. We gave them 9/10 at £100 more than that...

Any wheel which is super light and has a motor attached as standard!

I have some decent Bontrager Race X lites on my Trek 5.2 but I don't think any wheel upgrade will ever get me up Hardknott Sad
