Chain slip problem solved

Howdy folks

i just joined this forum after reading up on a problem i had with chain alip.

After trawling through the plentiful supply of advice and trying out most, it turns out that if  the 11 speeds are torqued to tightly it can cause chain slip. The chain has a problem sitting on the cog intermittently thereby causing chain slip.

Mine is a brand spanking new fuji gran findo two.1 , so i was surprised to find this problem. It only occured after i got the shop to replace the crankset as the previous one had a slight wobble, probably caused by mishandling during delivery. Its a full ultegra set up apart from crankset ( oval 520) and cassette  (Shimano 105)..

Anyway after a couple of hours of head scratching , testing and more head scratching, i rang an ace bike mech who laid this prized  piece of info on me. Happy camper now.

Cheers for the help guys
