Bicycle fitness holiday?

I've been asked if there is a road cycling holiday that is finess-orientated, female friendly (I guess they all are..!), which includes a guide and bike hire. Does such a thing exist? It's for people who want to improve their fitness but have a bit of a jolly at the same time!

Can't recommend the Belvedere Bike Hotel highly enough, it really is a fantastic place to stay. the riding's great too. they do guided rides every day, you can hire a top-notch bike, they'll do you a packed lunch and they'll wash your kit overnight. it's ace.
