Best Strava segment name

So I was cruising past Old Trafford just singing/humming/mumbling to myself a classic Smith track Reel Around the Fountain:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yxLFav1Z9EY

Then I realized this should be a name for a great Strava segment. Very appropriate for Manchester. But where would the fountain be to set a lap around? Sadly there isn't one. This is a great segment name without a route.

I've seen most people are not very original or distinctive with their segment names, and he who creates chooses the name. Most are Road A to Road B, or Loop around town X. What are some of the best segment names you have found or created?

My best so far: An Irksome Climb, (pun intended)

Three was one I kept seeing come up 'don't stop for a chinese' and it took me ages to find the one they meant. It was a huge buffet place on the roundabout before the hill I thought it was on.

We've got on near us on the South Downs simply titled "The Bastard".

Southcote du Rhone is near me.

There's also Never give up which is the climb of Perserverance Hill.

'Terrier dodge' in Swindon, that little b**ger is quite nippy and jumps fairly high for small dog, naturally the speeds through that segment show rapid sprinting about half way through...

all this gives me hope for humanity - entertaining our fellow creatures without reward or recognition. I bet Jeremy Deller gets on this, Strava as new folk art ...

'Supermarket sweep' on my way to work takes in all of the aforementioned establishments within the Penzance area within a mile sprint. I also like 'coombe of doombe' and a local climb with a detached mansion overlooking the surroundings called 'col'd eagle's nest'

Narrow section of bike path on a downhill run with 6 metre highway noise barriers alongside in West Brisbane. Very topical:   https://www.strava.com/segments/8340308

There's a gentle half mile ascent up Carlton Road (Hale Barns, Cheshire) named 'Carlton Curbed Me' in honour of the distinguished cycling commentator.

"Baws Oot", "Bigger Baws oot" and a particular favourite name, "Yes. That horse will still have the bigger willy no matter how many KOM's you get ;)". Maybe a tad sexist? All based unsurprisingly in Scotland (Ayrshire, home of Burns the poet).

I'm quite fond of 'Retard Alley' on the A6 between Little Hulton and Walkden. Extremely accurate description.

I like "Zainab Badawi's Twenty Hotels" although the cultural significance/relevance to the piece of road is lost on me.

Well, I named that segment, and the reference relates to a horse name from 'The Day Today'. Because once I was out riding there and the going was described as 'moist to tricky' by a riding buddy, as we rode past some horses. Obscure enough for you? 3

A small climb past the sewerage works near Prestbury in Cheshire, in prime footballers wives and tv millionaire country, is called "Climb Past the Posh Poo Works". I like that one.

I haven't ridden this segment but summed up nicely when you look at the route and name! https://www.strava.com/segments/9490302

You could probably mine most Smiths/Morrisey songs for curious phrases.

Most segments I've seen are what you might term 'boring' i.e. they describe the segment, which I'd say is rather useful. Unfortunately the ones I notice are the many that have crap spelling.

In a  wealthy country with an infrastructure and education system that is the envy of many it seems that vast numbers of people can't spell properly and want to make the rest of the world aware of this fact.

And don't get me started on the idiots who put 'curb' when they mean 'kerb' or 'should of' instead of 'should have'.   no

As you go round Wandsworth one-way system there's a segment called Gunning it on Armoury Way but whoever named the segment has rather ruined the title by adding "geddit?!" in brackets afterwards.

Have come across quite a few witty ones before, but cant seem to recall any of them right now... What does stick in ny mind is the number of stupidly named segments along the lines of "last bit before home". Do these people not realise that not all cyclists in the world live in their house?! 1

We have a local segment named 'Cow poo corner to Otford Lane', near Westerham in Kent. It's description is pretty much spot on unfortunately...

I quite enjoy 'Faster than Metrolink' in Prestwich, and have to wonder if Metrolink was having a bad day when it was named. 'Then there is flat' is also quite motivating.
