Thru axles
I have just bought a Focus Mares (which I love).
Looking to upgrade the wheels at some point, but a bit confused by this thru axle business. Can any hubs be converted or do I need to build my own wheels?!
Any advice would be much appreciated!

I hate it when I can't find the obvious source of a puncture.

You may find that you need to use MTB hubs and build your own (using road spokes and rims). Light ones are available - look at Hope, Superstar and similar. Be careful of the width
