Garmin Vector and wide feet

I'm considering buying a Garmin Vector 2 power meter but am a little concerned about my wide feet...
I'm size 46 with Fizik shoes on Ultegra pedals which sometimes rub against the crank already. I noticed that Dura Ace pedal which are 2mm narrower already make the rubbing much worse.

I noticed the pedal width for the Vector pedals is considerably less. I've heard that these pedals come with spacers but that doesn't move the pod any further away from my shoe, just away from the crank.

Does anyone have similar issues or am I worrying about this for nothing?

Thanks!

Surely you could move the cleats slightly more to one side of the shoe to push your feet out more to where they are with your old pedals?
Also the pod on the vectors is behind/inline witht he crank isn't it?
