This is well known to direct-action activists and the police teams that cut their locks. The fire brigade often refuse to get involved when someone wants to keep their neck in a D Lock.
1. Locking your bike to a drunk bloke is not to be recommended. Always use railings o a bike stand.
2. What brand and model of lock is that? I want one.
