Cycling Science Congress

The Cycling Science Congress will be held in Utrecht on July 1 & 2, to coincide with the start of the Tour de France.

Aside from the keynote speakers and research presentations, there are 2 master classes scheduled:

30 June – Iñigo Mujika
- Scientific bases of endurance training
- Quantification of training and competition loads
- Tapering and peaking for optimal performance
- Strength training for endurance performance
