Carbon fork and frame for rough road

Hello, I am looking to buy a new road bike. I now use a bianchi IV, but i will use the new one for training and competitions, my obective is to ride 250 km in a day. The point is the following: i live in a place were we have really rough roads in some point of the city, and i am concerned if the carbon fork and frame will be the duited one for this job. I know that they are more resistanxe, but not very predictable to use. I would like a bike recommendation. I was thinking about trek madone 2.1, emonda s4, domane 2.0 or 2.3, cannondale caad 8 tiagra and synapse tiagra. My main worrie is that the fork and frame wont be able to suport the impacts.

Thank you very much for the Help,

Atoms

Ridley Fenix, It was developed for the cobbles like the Roubiax. Coupled with 25 mm tyres mine stormed up the cobble climbs of Flanders and flew across the cobbles of Roubiax. I love mine so much I'm seriously looking to get an alloy Fenix for a winter bike.

I would say the Trek Domane rather than the Modane as it is designed more of a 'Roubaix' geometry. Also the specialised Roubaix worth a look.
Also worth looking at Dolan bikes I have just bought a Carbon Dual from Dolan myself as a winter frame to build up becauuse it is one of the few carbons with mudguard eyes and clearance, but more importantly for you it is designed as Sportive / Audax bike and geometry is a little more comfortable.

Also consider a Hewitt Carbon Audax a little dearer than the Dolan but takes 28mm tyres which will do more than any of the other bikes for comfort on the terrain you are describing, in fact going on your post this would be my choice unless you were racing on tarmac.

Unless you are in Mountain Bike Terrain I would say you will have no worries about the frame and forks, more likely the rider will fail before the bike in my opinion.
