If yes, I have been looking at these Pacenti rims from the states (dealers over here don't seem to do the drillings for 24 with one side radial (and in my case 27 to reuse Campag G3 rear hub) but this guy does:

They're very well rated rims (24mm width 26mm depth and light) and should be an upgrade overall.
Was the original lacing radial non drive and 2 cross drive side? Does the hub have regular flanges or are they a proprietory configuration?
Cheers. I can't find the rim for the wheels I have but the racing 5 ones might do the job. I think they had 24 in the rear pre-2010 which these claim to be. Not a bad price either.
