Hey everyone, I'm new here just wondering what to do about my feet... As I pedal I start getting pain in my heel and Achilles tendon and wondering what on earth is up. My cycling shoes are quite solid when it comes to the sole of them (though they lack any kind of support). So I was wondering what I need to do? insoles? stretches what is the best thing for my feet? I heard if I do some stretches before I cycle it should help... this true? are doing stretches better for your feet and strengthens them better than some insoles? What are your thoughts guys?
