Decided it's time I started to put some structured training into my cycling so I can improve base fitness and endurance.

The trouble is there seems to be slightly different %'s for each zone. Any experienced racers or trainers on here that have concrete data on what they are. Also what is the difference between % of Max HR and % of HRR for zonal training. Just seems to confuse matters with so many calculation methods.

Sorry when I say different % Values, there seems to be different opinions depending on what site or article you read.
