Aw, man.. Thanks! Really nice of you! I hadn't heard of Appollonio and Ruffoni... Where'd you hear?...
I think that's a fat 69 scored by me today. Luckily I think it will be pretty low scoring all round.

I'm on scores today, will get them up shortly once everyone comes in
Well Ridden Mick Rogers!!!
4,17 for me
3,13,17 - crap but a lot better than I was expecting from today
Morabito and Ulissi the losers today.
EDIT: Morabito still in there
Trek Factory Racing @TrekFactory #Giro This climb tops out with 28k to go. @jarredondo32 has 32" lead over the peloton, 3 kms to the top still.
Procyclingnews.eu @Procyclingeu #giro Gap is down to just 33 sec as more and more riders are dropped from the break
Brought in Uran for Bouhanni for 9 solid GC points. No other changes. Taking a hit today to save transfers for the rest of the week.
Glad to see Androni are stopping this break for no other reason that they are not in it.
He must have read your comments yesterday...
You're kidding Matthews out when today might have been a good stage for him and Durbridge out when tomorrow is the TT? Wow... Where'd you hear?...
.
Heh heh...
That's a big break!... Never thought of Danny Moreno for the break... Wow... Him and Roche could scorch the others on the last climb...
Gap of 1:40. Glad I took Rovny out last night.
Bongiorno, Moser, Mourey, Polanc, Monsalve, Quemeneur, Sicard, Thurau, Preidler, Moreno, Vorganov, Deignan, Roche and Rovny.
Snap to that!
Durbridge abandons
*sigh* 'Matthews, Durbridge, Wegmann and Rubiano abandon the Giro' http://www.cyclingquotes.com/news/matthews_durbridge_wegmann_and_rubiano... 'Luke Durbridge went down in a crash on the descent from the first climb and left the race with a suspected broken collarbone. The Australian, already weakened by illness, had targeted tomorrow's time trial. His team is now down to just 5 riders'
Uran
Evans
Aru
Van Baarle
Arredondo
Pozzo
Finetto (local boy I believe)
Kelderman
Majka.
That cost me 20 Pens but hopefully not too many changes for tomorrow.
Ah, that's why Finetto is one of the favourites...
I've gone for (no pens)...
Bouhanni
Mezgec
Evans
Arredondo
Hansen
Weening
Finetto
Armee
Romero
Prepared for a disappointing day but there's a small chance it could be very good.
Think De Gendt is probably focusing on tomorrow but no harm in bringing him in today if that's the case. Will be difficult to avoid picking him when they hit the Stelvio though!
Same sort of thing for me today, no pens. Last day for Gasparotto, so hopefully he will score some points at long last.
Team picked with half an eye on tomorrow, and the thinking that apart from a couple of TT specialists, the people putting in 100% will be the GCers.
Diego Ulissi (LAM)
Rafal Majka (TSB)
Rigoberto Uran (OPQ)
Giacomo Nizzolo (TFR)
Wilco Kelderman (BLK)
Enrico Gasparotto (AST)
Fabio Aru (AST)
Davide Appollonio (ALM)
Marco Bandiera (AND)
Wasn't overly sure on this stage either
No pens gone Hansen for the break and wilco for tomorrow kept 2 sprinters just in case.
Bouhanni
Swift
Hansen
Kelderman
Aru
Ulissi
Majka
Arrendondo
Morabito
De Gendt should be good for the TT tmw, not so sure about today, maybe Poels instead?
I suspect Arredondo and Pirazzi will also be making a move alongside many of those who only have this stage for themselves.
I've gone GC today on the whole, which will mean a solid if unspectacular score.
The bookies are looking to EBH, and with Matthews having abandoned he is a fair shout. Can't see a GC shootout unless Ulissi goes for it today with the TT being tmw.
3 trades today.
OUT Nizzolo, Ferrari, Majka.
IN Arredondo, Hansen, EBH.....considered 3 other riders for last spot, pirazzi, ryder, wellens.... so tough
Evans
Uran
EBH
Hansen
Ulissi
Zoidl
Arredondo
Godoy
Colli
Good Luck.
Two birthday boys Dylan Van Baarle and Mark Cavendish.
One of them is not riding so he is not in my team.
Erred on the side of caution and focusing more on tomorrow.
Mostly GC today but Hansen, De Ghendt, Finetto and Bongiorno are my favourites for the breakaway which I think will stick. Had a real flutter on Rosa and Rabbotini, long odds, probably just throwing money away, but might make it interesting.
What can I say..."MORE AUSSIE POWER"
Snap, shall I delete mine?
