Shimano 105 5700 or 5750 - What's the difference?

Hi, Currently speccing a new bike and I'm looking to fit it with 105, but I have no idea what the difference between 5700 & 5750 is. I'm guessing it's crank length, but an hour of googling has failed to deliver a definitive answer.

The 105 components are listed here http://cycle.shimano-eu.com/publish/content/global_cycle/en/nl/index/com...

Looks at first glance like 5700 is double chainring, 5750 is compact and a third option, 5703, is a triple chainring.
