Hoping Brabantse Pijl gives us an indication on Gilbert, Gallopin, and Dan Martin.

When does the game rider roster switch over to the riders for Amstel Gold?

Does that mean you have time to fix the names if you're not going to be working on the Amstel start list? 4

*Sigh!* I thought of you as I was looking back at last year's Ardennes competition. I was under the impression that last year we were updating the start lists with much more flexibility and doing a couple of updates a few days before the race. I don't know. It may be my imagination, but I think you're being very *strict* and *unreasonable* with this there's 'no official start list' thing... Again, I don't think this was such an issue last year, at least I don't remember it that way... I have no idea what was used last year but I feel like your insistence not to trust PCS, or cyclingfever, for that matter, seems a little 'stiff' for the modern era... I know you have to have seen them, but here are the start lists for cyclingfever (http://www.cyclingfever.com/editie.html?detp=view&_ap=startlijst&editie_...) and PCS(http://www.procyclingstats.com/race/Amstel_Gold_Race_2014-Startlist) ... Both lists have 238 riders in them... PCS shows 5 confirmed rosters...

It can't be that (!) difficult to activate those riders, or is it? 39 Hell, if you want, I'll track how many changes they make from here to race time to confirm there aren't , say, more than 10 changes to the start lists between now and race time... 90% accuracy on a first run would be pretty good in my book!

So, I'd guess you'd have to 'activate' the 238 riders on the start list, and that would take, what? 238 mouse clicks? You can do it! I believe in you! 1 Look, if you have to do more than 15 changes, I'll buy you a beer, ok? 1

Anyways, I loved it when I saw the pride in this:

I just wish you wouldn't be so stubborn about not uploading anything but the official start list 2 I don't remember having this issue at all (!) last year, and I have the impresion you're the only one who refuses to put anything up but the 'official start list'. Of course, I may be wrong... but it'd be nice to have the start list updated, please? 2 How difficult is it? Is it a pain?

This is what's crazy. Last year, you said:

So please, I appeal to that beautiful, organized head of yours, please reconsider, please? 7

36 Yay! All my riders are 'active' and not grayed out... Thank you, you beautiful hunk of manhood! You're beautiful and I adore you... 41

Yeah, sorry, I haven't updated the names. Dave took myself, Dr and TER to the south of France for a weeks relaxation without the mention of cycling or enrique.

It was BLISS 105

Enrique-before you go on about the spelling of riders names again-how about you fix your own mispelling in the thread title...

I will be watching Brabantse Pijl closely. I have done quite well in the Spring Classics so far, but have no idea about team selection for Amstel. Is it the same finishing circuit as last year?

Done. Now I'm off to the Rider Names thread to post a few more I found. Nice last name, any relationship to the Fort? 39 Thanks! 1

Present for you enrique

Inside this zip file, you will find a word document, with ALL the world tour teams and names listed by the UCI.

You can go through the game and find those that are wrong. Then get back to me with a list

Can you upload the latest rider list from the game, too, so I can compare the two and tell you which riders names are different and organize them by the type of discrepancy?

Amstel's finish is the same I believe. Brabantse Pijl was a great chance to see Gilbert back to form. Should be an exciting Amstel, even though I'm only vying for Road.cc stage wins in the Spring Classics because I missed Roma Maxima way back when.

Moreno and Kolobnev might be better options for the day--1.8 km of flat after the Cauberg could be a bridge to far for Purito.

It could but he has done it before.

Then again I had Kristoff last week and Gallopin for Flanders...

He's done it before, but with the change to the finish, it'll give people a chance to come right back at him

Between Kwia & Valverde for me (though only Valverde features in both my standard and purist). Slagter's my outside shout.

I've only gone for 4 riders in both standard and purist, with 5 changes.

Looks tailor-made for Kwia but.......can ge outsprint say Swift if they get to the top of the Berg together,,,,plus is he too callow to take on Valverde.......plus past winners PGand Gasper?

Very open race and I keep hearing Colbrelli?

I've gone for two completely different teams this time. One sprint focused, the other not really.

Colbrelli is 175/1 at the bookies and I am very very tempted to have a couple of quid on him.

I'll eat my hat and everyone else's if Gasparotto wins.

I think Adrian Honkisz from CCC has to be activated for the game... At least he's showing on PCS as on the start list..
