This was one of those I messed around with for ages and even this morning made a last minute change when my gut told me you can't pass on Phinney at 12.5 credits so bound to be disappointed as at one point or another I probably had a better team!!

Never even looked at Laborie though LOL

Standard(hoping to keep it for first 3 stages):

Coquard
Matthews
Bouhanni
Degenkolb
Boonen
Thomas
Phinney
Nordhaug
Seb Chavanel(for Bouhanni bonuses hopefully!!).

Purist(hoping to capitalise on young riders competition):

Coquard
Thomas
Phinney
Kristoff
Kroon
Bouhanni
Slagter
Kelderman
Gallopin

Anyone else gone for Thomas in Purist? Could be a bargain at 14.5 after Porte transferred out of the race.

Fonseca. What a daring move by you! I like that, but I wonder if he'll score today?

4,2,1 points for P-N, going with the same as the race points for the mountains

Good job I took him out of my purist team....

Any reason why? Or will he end up in Tirreno on Wednesday 39

He shouldn't be allowed in TA if he already started an overlapping race, you're generally not allowed to start one then start another while the first is still running.

That is true however you can apply for dispensation, I know its happened before, he has withdrawn with stomach issues, so they could say he is over them by tuesday and apply for permission to race?

I went sprinty with both teams, didn't think it would be worth picking gc contenders in purist if the sprinters nail the first three stages...

You need to stop being so self-deprecating.

I'll cover you tomorrow if you want Ter, I'm only sitting in the workshop sorting things out and I'll be trying to get the womens races set up

Surely that's gonna depend on if your sprinters snaffle enough points to see you through the mountains which I can't see happening , hence I've gone down the sprint/puncheurs route with the majority of the team should be interesting to compare teams and placing at the end of the race 1
