I've just bought a BB30 FSA Adaptor for my Carbon Frame What's the best tool to install it?

Please help......

and has anybody got an idea how to do this effectively?

Ouch, that looks a rather painful install.
For what it's worth, I'm going to use this little fellow with my new frame:

I've heard it eliminates creaking and slippage associated with other BB30 adaptor solutions. Mind you it is a bit more spendy, but I suppose that's because it's the bracket and adaptor in one.

I used the Shimano bearing press in combination with the 2 cups from the Park BB30 Tool installation kit.

Pass on the brand name ones, my press is home made, sorry , I can't comment.

Main concern is that you press it in absolutely parallel.

What headset press do you suggest should one feel brave?

They go in to a scrupulously clean and degreased BB with a headset press and lots of green loctite.

I recommend professional fitting.

There are special removal tools needed as its semi permanent.
