Tour of Oman stage 3
Thought i would get this in early as i'm out all day tomorrow.
Its classed as medium mountains but after looking at the profile they aren't exactly big (156m and 154m) and i would imagine the sprinters will still be in there at the end provided no break stays away.
Only made 1 change which was to add a sprinter.

Greipel wins Stage 3
Greipel?!?!? Damn.
I had a bet on Stybar.
Possibly Froome 4th after his late attack?
Phew, Sagan second, so didn't lose much by bringing him in for Greipel.
Bouhanni third, and from the photo on twitter there is a Sky rider up there but can't tell who. Hopefully Swift...

Well I was wrong about sagan.....took griepel out and didn't go with my gut feeling on Bouhanni..... How wrong could I have got today's stage
Couldn't afford Sagan. I dropped Griepel so I could but in Roelandts and Van Hecke.

Just 2, 3 and 12 for me today, not having a good race.
Not many of the sprinters made it over, so I'd expect a lot of people to have 2 of the top 3 and not much else. I got 2,3,4,11,19 which I'm hoping is better than average and some green arrows... Shame Bennati didn't manage to contest the sprint - I thought he might be a surprise today but he came in 21st.
Purist 1,2,4 - still no podium badge this season!
Took out Greipel and Swift who I have calculated at 74 points Brought in three riders who gave me the sum total of 5 points

hmm i did mention it was not a steep climb, 1,3,4,16,19 + 5 for Griepel,
1,2,5 gc + 1,2,3,5 points and 1,3 youth. Not a bad i think.

Smarty pants! Took griepel and bouhanni out for Sagan and stybar, Grrr.
Think it would have been a different finish without the reported headwind! More punchers would have chanced their arm I feel, and strung out the peloton more. Early showing of classics strength by cancellara, Sagan and stybar though...
Nightmare!!! should not have changed my team, oh well!!!
hum. I'm growing desperate for a good stage, haven't had one this year. I've done something perhaps very foolish, with 5 changes and 10 pen points. very foolish according to the bookies anyhow. in for a penny...

I concur, same team as yesterday for me, so Impey in 4th too would be nice, and Boonen 5th
