cycle the first two Yorkshire Stages of the TDF2014 this summer/autumn
CYCOL-RENDEZVOUS TOURS We’ve put together a series of 3-day packages to give cyclists a ‘Once in a Lifetime’ opportunity to cycle - guided and supported - the first 2 stages in Yorkshire of the Tour De France 2014 - a whole year ahead of the race! Here at the Rendezvous Hotel in Skipton, North Yorkshire - known as the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales - we are strategically placed for both the first and second stages in Yorkshire of the Tour De France 2014 - placed just one mile from the first stage route and three miles from the second stage route. Starting in May 2013 the Rendezvous Hotel (winner of the Best Individual Hotel in the whole of Great Britain for Groups in 2012(runner up)) together with CyCol Tours are offering three-day professional and fully supported cycling packages. These will give you the opportunity to cycle the full or slightly modified routes in Yorkshire of stages 1 and 2 of the Tour De France (avoiding Town centres and excessive traffic routes). You will be supported throughout each stage by CyCol Tours staff with a support car and trailer and guided/assisted by a very experienced motorcycle escort rider. The whole of Day 1 and Day 2 routes will only have 100% support on the recommended 95% of the route (safety has to be our priority) The total cost will be £320. per person -with a 10% reduction (£288.p.p.)for packages booked in May/June 2013 (based on two sharing a twin/double room – a single supplement of £20. per room per night would be applicable) to include Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, after-dinner group discussions on the following day’s route, transport for riders and bikes where necessary together with refreshments for the route. Non-cycling partners will be welcome at a special rate. Please visit www.rendezvous-skipton.co.uk for more details
