Cardiff and Coast bike ride
Starting from the exciting regenerated Cardiff Bay, the ride crosses the impressive barrage heading west into the Vale of Glamorgan then tracks the coast to beautiful Ogmore-by-Sea. Returning along lush green lanes through the sleepy villages of Ewenny and Gwern-y-Steeple, the route joins the Taff Trail to finish in Bute Park in the heart of the Welsh capital.

Interesting..... but perhaps I'll wait for the LIdl or Aldi copy and save a couple of hundred quid.....
The change in running shoes has come in the last five years or so, the TdF analysis goes until 2010, so before, as I pointed out above....
It's not censored if you just pirate it
