The New Forest National Park is a haven for cyclists and the 2013 edition of the Rattler promises to be the biggest and best yet. Following the successful introduction of the 'Rattler village' at the 2012 event, we will again be offering riders the opportunity to camp at the event HQ on the Saturday night. This will please many of you as camping and accommodation in the New Forest is of a premium during the Summer months and can be hard to come by. It will also be a great way to meet your fellow riders before the event and will no doubt further increase the Rattler's status as a friendly and accessible event.
Breakfast and a BBQ are included as standard as part of the entry fee. The feed stations will be stocked with Torq energy products - which we believe are the best on the market - and timing will be provided via Sports Timing solutions.

And, more seriously, where's the coverage of the closure of the cycle lane which forces you to cycle on the Totton bypass.
